Assisted in execution of a 7,000 sqft M&E fitout project ( $65K–$70K) by aligning HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting and Plumbing works with IFC drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

Liaised with site engineers to review drawings against site conditions, raising RFIs and minor revisions to resolve constructability issues and minimize rework.

Maintained, updated RFIs, submittals, drawing registers and reviewed drawings, handling 15–20 weekly updates to ensure documentation accuracy and timely approvals.
